| I. Background | |
| CDH6 （Cadherin 6，钙粘蛋白 6）是一种 II 型钙粘附素，是钙粘附素家族的成员之一。 CDH6 对于细胞黏附、胚胎发育的细胞识别、迁移和组织分化、构成成体器官都有重要作 用。在胚胎发育过程中，参与胚胎肾形态形成和发育，驱动肾形态发生所需的间充质-上皮 分化。CDH6 在甲状腺肿瘤、胆管癌、骨肉瘤、口腔鳞状细胞癌、黑色素瘤、甲状腺乳头 状癌、鼻咽癌、胶质瘤、胃癌等肿瘤中起到重要作用。CDH6 还可以作为甘氨酰-tRNA 合 成酶（GRS）的功能性受体在人体内部起到抗肿瘤作用。 | |
